Yes, Imagify will optimize your PDF files!

PDF optimization works the same as it does for JPG, PNG, and GIF images. If you have the “Auto-optimize images on upload” setting enabled, then PDF files will be optimized automatically when you add them to your Media Library.

The Bulk Optimizer will also optimize your PDF files when it is run.
