Using the Imagify API To Optimize Images

If your website is not based on WordPress but you’d still like to use Imagify’s image optimization service, then the Imagify API can be used in order to create a custom solution. To get started, you can visit the Imagify API Documentation.

The documentation is available in PHP, Python, and Shell versions and contains code examples to help you along the way.

Ready to use Imagify API Clients

There are a couple of available “ready-to-use” Imagify API clients you might consider using.

Python API Client – https://github.com/wp-media/imagify-python

PHP API Client – https://github.com/wp-media/imagify-php

Third party clients (not maintained by Imagify team)

There are some unofficial clients as well. While these should work just fine, please note that these are not maintained by our team and we can not provide support for any technical issues related to them.
