This error occurs when the metadata for the image is missing. Metadata is essential for Imagify to optimize your images, and it typically gets lost due to an issue during the image upload process to the database.
This is usually a temporary issue, and the easiest way to fix it is by re-uploading the image. Re-uploading ensures the metadata is properly added to the database, allowing Imagify to optimize the image.
Unfortunately, there is no other method to resolve this error besides re-uploading the affected images.
