How to upgrade plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
A few notes when upgrading:
- You may upgrade anytime.
- You won’t pay for the full amount of the bigger plan.
- The unused time from your previous plan will be deducted from your new billing.
- You will be charged for pro-rata (and extra quota consumed, if any).
- The billing period will not change.
Important:
When you upgrade to a bigger plan and proceed to checkout, our system may show the full price of the new plan or no amount at all. However, you won’t actually pay the full price right away.
Here’s how it works:
- The unused time from your current plan will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis in your next billing.
- In most cases, you won’t be charged anything at the time of upgrade. Instead, the adjustment will reflect in your next renewal.
So, whether you see a charge or not during checkout, the system ensures everything gets balanced during the next billing cycle.
